Hometowne Capital is currently looking for an awesome, hardworking and fun customer relations specialist to join the team. Hometowne Capital is a Rent To Own company working primarily in the outdoor sheds industry. In this position, the customer relations specialist will work hard for customers to keep them up-to-date and paid on time, while treating every customer with the respect they deserve in order to provide the best customer service experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining relationships with clients so that they will have a positive experience with Hometowne Capital.
Working with customers on the phone, via email and/or text to receive payments monthly.
Inputting all customer and contract data into our Rent To Own software.
Sending out invoices by mail.
Proficient with google Docs and Sheets
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Clear communication of information
Ability to have fun as you give your best
We are a hard working, fun loving office. We have high expectations for everyone who works at Hometowne, but we also expect to have fun and enjoy coming to the office. We are an open, team oriented office of fun professionals, who drink lots of coffee and enjoy having a good time.

This is a full-time position.
Typical Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
